Bargain and sale by Andrew Graye of Hynkeswourthe (Beds.), esq., Andrew Mallery of the Inner Temple (London), gentleman, and William Stone, citizen and haberdasher of London, to Thomas Pygott of Lewton (Beds.), yeoman, of all their estate in a messuage in the occupation of the said Thomas Pygott, commonly called "Pasthalles" in Stoppesley in the parish of Luton (Beds.), bequeathed to the said Thomas Pygott by the last will and testament of Edward Spiker, alias Helder, deceased; with covenants to make a good title and to aquit the premises from all gifts, etc.
